Sworn translation

A sworn, certified translation is often required for official bodies (court, municipality). This includes documents such as civil status deeds or documents, notarial deeds, educational diplomas, certificates and supporting documents. A sworn translator is authorized to translate such documents.

Sworn translations must officially be inseparably attached to the original documents. They are also provided with stamps from the translator. Sometimes the receiving party requests additional assurance that the translation has been prepared by a sworn translator; we can provide an apostille from the court for this. With this apostille you can be sure that the sworn translator is actually registered in the national Rbtv (Register of Sworn Interpreters and Translators).
